An awareness-raising campaign on the Universal Declaration is currently under way to gain the support of leading figures; experts; scientists; hunting, fishing and trapping federations; non-governmental organizations interested in the seal hunt; environmental groups; animal protection groups; and local and national governments in Canada and Europe, to start.
